A massive crowd gathered in the Members Dining Room at the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds to celebrate 120 years of SA's premier rural weekly.

The ABC’s Bec Whetham became the first person to win both Rural Journalist of the Year and Rural Photographer of the Year award – it’s also the first time a professional photographer has not won the award.

Raise a glass: Life Member Ian Turner
Ian Turner has spent many years behind the camera as official photographer for RMC SA/NT & RMSA.
In recognition of his commitment to the organisation as photographer, Committee member and supporter, Ian was inducted as Life Member on Tuesday 9th August 2022.

John Rothwell newest RMC SA/NT Life Member
The retiring CEO of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society, John Rothwell has been made an Honorary Life Member of RMC SA/NT. His long term commitment to agriculture, show societies and our organisation makes him a worthy recipient. And fittingly, he was surprised with the honour at the 2022 Royal Adelaide Show breakfast.
